I have been going to Sabal dental for over a year now. I went in today to have some Crown work performed. Jolene did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what was going to be done to make me feel completely relaxed. Doctor Sperry took her time to make sure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend this dental clinic for any work or general cleaning anyone might need.
Most of our patients can expect their brand-new veneers to last for a minimum of 10 years. Particular aspects do come into play, though, including your oral care regimen and the types of foods that you consistently consume. If you tend to eat crunchy, hard, or chewy foods, your veneers might not last as long.
We might be able to fix your veneers if the damage is minor. For instance, if you have a small chip on the edge, we might be able to smooth it out for you. If your veneer comes completely off, just cover it in a soft tissue and bring it with you to the office so we can reattach it, if possible.
The procedure for getting your new veneers should be pain-free. For some types of veneers, we may need to get rid of a little tooth enamel to make space for them. You still shouldn’t feel any pain, though, since enamel contains no nerves. If you are nervous about getting any dental work done, our anesthetic liquid and sedation should do the trick.
