I have been going to Sabal dental for over a year now. I went in today to have some Crown work performed. Jolene did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what was going to be done to make me feel completely relaxed. A root canal procedure is a beneficial treatment in which your dentist will clean out the infected inner portion of your tooth known as the pulp. They will then repair and shape the root canals in the tooth and seal them with a rubberlike material. This treatment allows your tooth to remain in place and stops your pain at the same time.
Although root canals have been made out to be the bad guy of dentistry, they are actually very beneficial. In the right hands, a root canal treatment doesn’t produce any more discomfort than you would experience from getting a tooth filling.
